At St Paul’s the Science curriculum aims to provide the foundations for understanding the world through the specific disciplines of biology, chemistry and physics. Our curriculum aims to develop key scientific knowledge and concepts, whilst instilling a sense of excitement and curiosity about the world around us. The curriculum is planned to promote a fuller understanding of the phenomena in the natural world and, using key aspects of the skills of scientific investigation, children can develop skills of questioning and testing ideas to develop their knowledge of the changing world we live in.
